Join Our Team: Be a Volunteer \ Intern for MHF

Merciful Hearts Foundation is looking for energetic individuals with good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong attention to details.  Individuals should be hard working, friendly, initiative, enthusiastic and passionate about saving lives.  The person should be a person who will bring positive energy to the organization’s environment.

The duties of the interns include but are not limited to:

  • Mailing solicitation letters
  • Assisting in planning events
  • Writing letters to donors
  • Conducting Internet research related to fundraising
  • Assisting with all aspects and logistics related to special event planning for fund-raising purposes
  • Supporting our mission
  • Writing grant proposals

INTERNS

Merciful Hearts Foundation helps interns obtain college credit for their work. Examples of students that can apply include but are not limited to those studying public policy, political science, nursing, health science, social work, business, women’s study, history, international studies, Computer Science, human relations, marketing, etc.

Merciful Hearts Foundation (MHF) is looking for volunteers to work in our Non-Profit organization project as MHF Ambassadors.  A Merciful Hearts Foundation ambassador has a unique opportunity to help spread the word about our mission and to recruit potential donors.  Experience is not necessary, but he/she is passionate about making a significant difference in directly saving lives of poor and underprivileged individuals.

Tasks:

  • Recruit potential donors

  • Encourage people to spread the word about MHF

  • Form strategic partnership with donors

  • Write, call and or text friends and colleagues who can help promote and or donate to MHF causes.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

No substantial part of the activities of the organization shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the organization shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
